Organizational justice is divided in 3 main theories which is Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice and Interactional Justice. All of this theories are made to lodged the workplace an effective and a pleasant place which everyone will be treated with the same fairness. For example: The fairness of how individuals treat one another not only the resources are distributed but in everyday interaction are the Interactional justice’s priority. In the others words, workplace bullying is about persistence, offensive, abusive, intimidating or insulting behaviors, undermines their self-confidence and which may cause them to suffer stress. Bullying is the action that can make someone feel offended. This violates the rules of organizational justice like dignity, concern and respect. Motivation can reduce the effectiveness of their job. For example: We have been bullied everyday at the workplace, it’s make us lost of spirit to continue doing the job and it’s of course will reduce the productivity of the job.
